Community Vans
Christchurch City Council has community vans available for use by community groups. PPL is a registered user and books vans on a fairly regular basis for Tuesdays.
If you or someone you know has difficulty using public transport and you need transport to say a hospital appointment, social events, specialised shopping etc, call Margaret on 328 9260 by the Friday before the week you need to use the van. If you need to leave a message – don’t forget to give your contact number.
The service is free.
